Class attendance and Cancellation policy :

To ensure that you are able to attend one of our Classes, you must pre-book your attendance to any Class taught at our Studio using the online booking system available on our website or mobile app. This is necessary to ensure that there is sufficient space for Clients to attend any Class as we have a maximum of 10 seats available for each Class. Currently, the system allows a Class to be booked 7 days in advance.

The Client must confirm their attendance to the class upon arrival at the Studio through the Studio’s reservation system or directly to the instructor who will confirm the attendance list for the class.

If you have booked a Class and wish to cancel your attendance, you must process the cancellation through our booking system (Glofox App). To cancel your attendance without penalty, you must process the cancellation up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the class.

 

If you have an unlimited subscription, and you cancel within the 12 hour period before the start of the class, it will be considered “Late Cancellation” and consequently will be counted as one (1) penalty (“Strike”). If there is a lack of attendance, it will also be counted as a failure or penalty with the Strike system. At the sum of 3 Strikes, access to the reservation system will be blocked for 48 hours.

If you have a class package or single class, the “Late Cancellation” will be applied counting the class as a used class.

In the event that the capacity of a class is full, the option to register on a waiting list will be offered. In the event that a space becomes available, notification will be provided through the application and via email. The Client will be required to confirm their participation in the class by registering for that class, as soon as possible to ensure attendance.

Clients are requested to arrive at the studio at least 5 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled class. The possibility of setbacks is acknowledged, but Clients are urged to strive to be on time. In the event that there is a waiting list and the Client has not arrived at the reservation within 5 minutes of the start of the class, those on the waiting list will be allowed entry and the participant’s reservation will be considered a no-show, resulting in a corresponding penalty.

Entry to a class may be denied if the Customer is more than 5 minutes late or the warm-up is completed.

Reservations will only be accepted from Clients whose fees are current. Classes and instructors are subject to change.
